颶風將登陸　墨西哥疏散5千人

【綜合報導】颶風「英格里」(Ingrid)逼近墨西哥東岸，預計當地時間周一(16日)就會登陸，成為今年第二個襲擊墨西哥的颶風。目前已經為當地帶來豪雨，至少有20座橋被暴雨所引發的洪水破壞，有關當局已預先疏散5千人，嚴陣以待。
