挺台股 外資連19買

經過周一的大漲行情後，台股昨(24)日買盤轉趨觀望，大盤維持平盤間狹幅震盪整理，終場指數小漲6點，以8299點作收，成交量802億元，外資依舊站在買方已連19天買超。

摩根新興科技經理人龔真樺指出，外資買超台股氣勢未歇，自8月28日以來連續買超天數推進至19日，累計買超金額突破1257億，拉抬指數上漲6.12％，對照今年4~5月外資連買20日，買超金額1267億元，指數上漲5.7％，本波外資買超力道相對強勁，大盤漲勢也相對有力。

昨日盤面來看，iPhone 5S熱銷，包括消費旺季到來，近期電子股已見轉強趨勢。觀察這19日外資買超青睞個股中，前9大買超都在10萬張以上，以電子龍頭和金融掛帥，又以台積電、日月光、台泥漲幅相對強勢。

保德信高成長經理人葉獻文表示，從資金面觀察，近期外資開始回補台灣科技類股，9月起對台股買超金額加速，主要考量台股的流動性較亞洲其他新興股市為佳，可惜政府持續利多並未激勵中實戶有效加碼，融資餘額退潮。在盤面缺乏主流類股下，評估短線恐陷入高檔盤整。
