王金平黨籍案 高院26日開庭

國民黨對立法院長王金平假處分案提起抗告，台灣高等法院合議庭庭長魏麗娟今天說，已徵得國民黨和王金平雙方的委任律師同意，將於本月26日下午2時開庭審理。

國民黨本月對王金平獲台北地方法院裁准暫時保有國民黨籍身分的假處分後提起抗告。高院於18日收卷分案，受命法官王麗莉、陪席法官李媛媛、審判長魏麗娟組成合議庭承辦。預計裁定結果最快於本週出爐。
