美眾院共和黨議員將另提支出案

美國眾院共和黨籍議員無視參院民主黨籍議員和總統歐巴馬的立場，將在今天提出新的聯邦政府緊急支出法案，並附加新動議，以修改歐巴馬健保法。

1名眾院共和黨高層幕僚表示，新支出案將要求，將「強制保險」規定延後1年實施。這個規定要求沒有健康保險的美國人必須加入歐巴馬改革後的健保制度。

新支出案也將要求總統、政府高層官員、國會議員及其幕僚加入歐巴馬健保制度。

民主黨籍參議員迄今堅決反對在支出案中附加這樣的內容。這項支出案必須在今天午夜之前通過，以免聯邦政府各機構因經費欠缺而停止某些作業。
