巴菲特金融危機期間投資高盛 賺2億美元

巴菲特再一次讓世人見識到，他為什麼是史上一流的投資家。他執掌的波克夏公司（Berkshire Hathaway），在金融風暴最黯淡的關頭投資高盛，如今即將賺進2億美元。

高盛2008年在雷曼倒閉、股價崩跌之際，請巴菲特投資5億美元，一面充實資本，一面也提振投資人的信心。巴菲特當時答應所請，以50億美元持有特別股，並取得以每股115美元買進價值50億美元股票的認股權證。

2011年，高盛以高於巴菲特進場股價10%的溢價，贖回特別股。今年3月，巴菲特在雙方修改的交易中，同意無現金交易行使認股權。波克夏拿到1,320萬股，並以9月最後十個交易日的平均股價，贖回權證。

也就是說，巴菲特將因這些股票賺進20億美元。高盛上周五（9月27日）以159.85美元作收。
