提解散國會 陳長文：沒和總統談過

理律法律負責人陳長文今天在報刊發表「解散國會、打破僵局」一文，他表示，提出解散國會、重新改選的看法，純粹是他個人意見，他不曾和馬英九總統談過這個想法。

他認為，國家陷入僵局，是嚴重的憲政問題，但以目前的司法程序，卻忽略、降低了這個問題的憲政高度；而且不論法院做出什麼裁決，還是無法化解人民對立的結。

陳長文分析，現在的僵局再拖個兩年，大家都很慘。如果依憲法解散國會，選出最新民意，國民黨和民進黨都有機會贏，屆時再組成擁有最新民意的政府和國會，到時候包括核四、年金等議題，都可以根據最新民意重新討論，陳長文認為這可以是打破當前國家僵局的一個選項。
