歐洲議會人權獎 史諾登入選

（法新社布魯塞爾30日電） 地位崇高的歐洲議會沙卡洛夫人權獎今天公布決選名單，3名遭監禁的白俄羅斯異議人士、美國國安情資洩密者史諾登與巴基斯坦提倡女童受教權的馬拉拉．尤沙夫賽都名列其中。

3名白俄人分別為畢亞拉茲基（Ales Bialatski）、羅勃（Eduard Lobau）與史塔特克維奇（MykolaStatkevich）。在2010年12月白俄首都明斯克（Minsk）反對魯卡申柯（Alexander Lukashenko）連任總統的大規模示威結束後，這3人遭到監禁。

沙卡洛夫（Andrei Sakharov）人權獎將在10日公布得主，獎金5萬歐元（6萬5000美元）。

巴基斯坦少女馬拉拉（Malala Yousafzai）因為積極爭取女童受教權，勇敢對抗伊斯蘭主義激進分子，得獎呼聲最高。

美國國安局承包商雇員史諾登（Edward Snowden）因揭露美國情治單位大規模監聽行徑，而獲得歐洲綠黨與1個極左派團體提名。

去年的沙卡洛夫人權獎得主，是遭監禁的伊朗律師索托德（Nasrin Sotoudeh）與導演賈法潘納希（JafarPanahi），旨在表彰兩人「為更好的伊朗挺身而出」。

前南非總統曼德拉（Nelson Mandela）與聯合國前秘書長安南（Kofi Annan）也都是得獎人。（譯者：中央社陳怡君）
