英政府報告：大企業女董事比例增加

路透社今天(7日)報導，根據英國商業、創新與技能部(Department for Business, Innovation and Skills)發表的一份政府報告，英國規模最大企業的女性董事人數有所增加，英國金融時報100大企業(UK FTSE 100 companies)的女性董事比例，已從2011年的12.5%上升至19%。

2011年，當時的英國貿易部長戴維斯(Lord Davies)首度發表女性董事(Women on Boards)數據，並且建議金融時報350大企業設定目標，在2015年之前，女性董事最低比例為25%。

根據最新研究，金融時報100大企業必須於未來2年內，再任命66位女性董事，才能達到戴維斯的目標。

英國政府的最新報告顯示，金融時報100大企業中，董事會清一色為男性的業者只剩下6家，相對於2010年的21家。

在金融時報250大企業中，女性董事比例已從2010年的7.8%上升至14.9%，但女性執行董事比例從5.7%略降至5.4%。
