分手寄裸照恐嚇 判賠220萬

屏東縣郭姓男子不滿家住宜蘭張姓男友提分手，在張的老家散布張的性器官裸照，照片還寫「張是同志，愛跟人亂搞得了愛滋病」等字，另恐嚇要把張性器官切除；屏東地院判處郭男有期徒刑1年2月、賠償張1百萬，另賠償張的父母各60萬元。

29歲郭男與28歲張男於民國97年8月間，在網路上認識並交往，隔年張想分手，郭因愛生恨，寄發近百張張的下體裸照到張15個鄰居家，信裡還寫「張男父母縱容兒子在外行為不檢，又不管教，讓張繼續跟男人亂發生性關係，不專情又傳染病，實在天理不容。」

郭為隱藏身分，特地從屏縣長治鄉跑到台南市歸仁區寄信，郭還假冒黑道分子「阿茗」用多隻手機號碼打電話威脅張「你老二不保」等語。

張母表示，兒子因私處照外流和電話恐嚇，患重度創傷症候群，曾想輕生，鄰居也議論紛紛，親子關係緊張，全家人過得相當痛苦。全案經屏東地院審理終結，法官依妨害名譽和恐嚇罪，判處郭男有期徒刑1年2月，精神賠償220萬元。
