修正央行阻升、外資匯入　新台幣早盤觸29.34、升值近2角

在修正中央銀行阻升的補升效應，加上外資匯入，人民幣兌美元中間價創匯改新高，新台幣兌美元8日早盤先貶後升，一度觸及29.34元、升值近2角。

在美國預算案仍陷僵局之下，美元人氣仍疲弱，亞洲貨幣兌美元盤整偏強，其中韓元在1070至1073韓元兌1美元盤整，日圓則在96.7日圓兌1美元，人民幣兌美元中間價來到6.1415元兌1美元，再創2005年7月匯改新高；較前一交易日中間價升值0.0065。

至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，早盤以29.55元貶值開出，一度下探29.559元，但隨後在修正央行阻升的補升效應，加上外資匯入之下，新台幣止貶回升，並一度來到29.34元、升值1.96角。

由於韓元呈現盤整，新台幣雖呈現升值，但早盤匯價未超過前一交易日的高價29.31元，截至上午9時30分為止，新台幣兌美元來到29.39元、升值1.46角。
