這個電線該怎麼接?

大家好, 問一個電工方面的問題:

之前裝消毒碗櫃的時候, 因為插座還有有裝, 所以裝櫥櫃的工人就先把櫥櫃的插頭利用類似延長線的電線接到外面來後, 就把消毒碗櫃封在櫥櫃裡面了.

現在電工要把這一段線接到插座的電線上, 問我哪條是地線,哪條是火線, 我也傻眼.....

請問要怎麼能分出來這一段被延長出來的電線裡面, 哪條該接地線, 哪個該接火線呢???
