司法黃牛案 陳哲男改重判8年

前總統府副秘書長陳哲男被控司法黃牛案，高院更一審判他七個月，經最高法院發回更審後，高院更二審今天改判八年徒刑。

陳哲男被控民國九十一年間擔任總統府副秘書長時，自稱得以影響司法案件，向前新偕中建設董事長梁柏薰詐取新台幣六百萬元。

高院更二審今天宣判，認定陳哲男身為總統府副秘書長，備受時任總統陳水扁重用及信賴，竟圖私慾，訛稱得以影響司法案件詐取鉅款，嚴重傷害司法信譽，損害官箴，犯後飾詞否認犯行。
