涉詐欺案 印度總理願受偵訊

（法新社新德里25日電） 印度總理曼莫漢（Manmohan Singh）表示，樂意因被控涉入煤礦詐欺案接受偵訊。外界認為曼莫漢被傳喚進行說明的可能性愈來愈大。

調查採礦權分配案的印度警方，上週將重量級企業家柏拉（Kumar Mangalam Birla）及前煤礦部長帕拉（P.C. Parakh）列為嫌犯。

曼莫漢當時批准這項協議，使柏拉的Hindalco公司2005年得以在一處國有地採礦，但曼莫漢表示，是按照規定做決定，沒有徇私。

結束出訪俄羅斯及中國大陸的曼莫漢，昨晚在返回印度的飛機上告訴記者：「我無法凌駕這個國家的法律。」

根據訪問文稿，曼莫漢說，「如果中央調查局（CBI）或任何單位有任何疑問，我沒有任何事好隱瞞」。
