台經院：年底前景氣 靠電子業撐

台灣經濟研究院今天（25號）發表十月景氣動向調查，結果製造業、服務業及營建業的營業氣候測驗點都比九月份下滑。

台灣經濟研究院景氣預測中心主任孫明德分析認為，目前的景氣還是欲振乏力，國內外都很悶，美債問題紓解，帶動九月份我國外銷訂單資通訊和電子產品成長，餐飲零售業應該也不會太糟，但是批發業表現不理想，政治爭議也影響企業信心，因此第四季的景氣成長還是靠電子業支撐。

孫明德：『資訊電子產品是以歐美為主要的銷售市場，當美債的問題解決以後，歐美的市場應該還是會恢復買氣，對我們的資訊業，你看外銷訂單，這次他的成長全部都是資訊電子產品帶動，其他的各個產業幾乎都是下滑。第四季的話應該倒不用太過悲觀。』
