吳伯雄：兩岸不是國與國關係

國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄參加大陸政協主席俞正聲晚宴時重申「兩岸非國與國關係」。吳伯雄說，今年六月他與習近平總書記見面時強調，兩岸各自的法律與體制都將兩岸關係定位在「一個中國」的架構，我們不是國與國關係，所以台灣人民到大陸不用護照，用台胞證；大陸人民到台灣也不用護照，用大陸居民入台證，這就是活生生的例子。
