行動電源問題

我手機是Acer E2 行動電源是philips那顆7800mah的
電源都會發生一個現象是
充滿電後給手機充電 但當到了第二個指示燈時就沒電了
呈現出完全沒電狀況 插電充飽後在接手機放電 狀況一樣
然後我寄回原廠 公司測出來是沒問題 雖然他們還是幫我換一顆
新的這一顆也是一樣狀況

回給客服後
他們表示 出廠前都會接各大廠牌手機做測試 但他們這隻沒測試過
說什麼過度放電 讓電源保險絲關掉之類的
所以導致電源沒電 若要使用要重新在充飽

請問為什麼會這樣阿 困擾我蠻久的
因為每次只能放電一半 就不能用了
