求救..有關PU底漆施工問題...

小弟我上上禮拜 屋頂有漆PU的底漆 由於工作比較忙...還要常加班....所以只有禮拜日可以施工...
所以底漆我漆完 已經有2個禮拜以上了...本來是想這禮拜日再去漆PU(灰的).誰知道前幾天下雨.....

今天去看的時候......有漆底漆的部分都變黃黃的了....不知道這樣正不正常....

1.如果擦乾淨在上PU 不曉得這樣會不會失敗?
2.還是擦乾淨再上一次底漆?

有空在附圖上傳...
