春燕變憤怒鳥！台經院開第一槍　經濟成長率僅1.93%

台灣經濟研究院今（5）日對今年全年經濟成長率不保「2」開出第一槍，將經濟成長率（GDP成長率）預測值下修至1.93%，較7月預估的2.52%，下修了0.59個百分點，景氣預測中心主任孫明德表示，「等待的春燕沒來，卻來了一群憤怒鳥」。

行政院主計總處上周公布第3季經濟成長率的概估值為1.58%後，台經院也同步修正預測模型，孫明德指出，目前看來，10月出口表現仍不佳，預估第4季經濟成長率2.05%，因此預測全年經濟成長率為1.93%，也成了國內第一家預測經濟成長率不保「2」的預測機構。

孫明德指出，今年年初時等待的春燕沒來，卻來了一群憤怒鳥，原先預估的不確定因素一一出現，包括美國財政懸崖問題、量化寬鬆政策是否退場，以及聯邦政府關門事件，而歐債問題仍餘波盪漾，大陸經濟不確定因素也仍高。
