強制車險明年3月實施酒駕加費

金管會今天宣布，明年3月起，酒駕紀錄將列入強制車險加費因子，只要前1年有違反酒後駕車紀錄，每違反1次、就會被加費2100元，且不設上限，如果被罰5次，就會被罰款1萬500元。

金管會保險局表示，該加費方式，自103年3月1日以後才開始實施，同時也自明年3月1日以後有酒駕紀錄，就開始加費。

保險局表示，強制車險納入酒駕紀錄加費，是採「從車」因素，即只罰車主，所以，汽車不要隨便借別人開；同時只針對汽車，不包括機車。
