工信將發4G執照 4G概念股強強滾

中國電信營運商原先獲悉中國工信部，可能於12月18日發放4G執照。根據最新消息指出，工信部很有可能加快腳步，在11月下旬釋出4G執照。中國釋出4G執照在即，加上中華電信 （2412）在確定拿下4G帝王段之後，預計於年底前開出4G第一標，4G商機強強滾，帶動4G概念股建漢 （3062）、明泰 （3380）、譁裕 （3419）、正文 （4906）、中磊 （5388）、璟德 （3152）今全面走強。

4G概念股從今年初，就開始陸續展露頭角，國內網通大廠正文、智易 （3596）等業者，多自去年起，就陸續出貨國外電信業者LTE整合型商品，譁裕更於去年下半年間接打入中移動供應鏈，提供TD-LTE基站天線設備。
