老婦人使用搖控器不慎夾死自己

使用鐵門遙控器卻不慎將自己夾死！新竹一名七十五歲溫姓老婦人，要將電動門隙縫開大，疑似按錯按紐，反而將自己夾傷，等到家人發現時，將老婦人送醫急救，最後還是因為窒息腦缺氧而不治死亡。(彭清仁報導)

新竹縣新豐鄉一名七十五歲的溫姓老婦人，準備外出拿東西到對面兒子家中，在出門時覺的鐵門開的太小，為了方便進出，老婦人按遙控器開門，可能鐵門才換了一個月左右還不習慣，居然當場夾在鐵門和柱子間動彈不得。老婦人的丈夫五分鐘後要外出，才發現妻子被夾住，而遙控器也掉落地上。丈夫趕緊將掉落的遙控器撿起開門，同時將奄奄一息的妻子拉出送醫，但急救後還是因為窒息腦缺氧而不治死亡。

檢警相驗後發現，死者右臉頰、左背部有明顯鐵門壓痕，肺部挫傷、肋骨骨折，死因初判是胸腔、頸部遭夾住無法呼吸，導致窒息引發腦缺氧病變。死者家屬指出，鐵門原本是手動的，因考量老人家不方便推拉門，一個月前才換成電動門，卻不料反而發生意外，真的是始料未及。全案檢察官相驗後，家屬對死因沒有意見，遺體已發交家屬善後。
