教育部：私校不合理逼退老師要求改進

私校透過聘書逼退老師的事件層出不窮，台灣高等教育產業工會點名「和春技術學院」和「大華科技大學」等學校，將不合理的條件納入聘書中，或是以附約方式要求老師簽署，教育部承諾將會發文要求學校改善，也會持續關注處理。（閻大富報導）

高教工會秘書長陳政亮點名，「和春技術學院」的聘約內容，要求老師輔導學生至少要取得五張證照，還設定招生責任額，並要義務協助行政與輔導工作，一旦老師無法達成目標就要自動離職。

陳政亮指出，「大華科技大學」的聘約中加入各項薪資給付的「空白授權」，只要校方修正辦法就可調整教師鐘點費、授課時數和薪資等，呼籲教育部要介入瞭解。

高教工會多次向教育部陳情後，卻只換來解釋的公文，沒有解決實質的問題。教育部技職司副司長饒邦安表示，已經掌握狀況並發文要求學校改進。
