剪刀刺心　男殺酒客判15年

【蔣永佑／台北報導】男子郭正鈞（37歲、在押）去年9月間與男子裴奇威在新北市淡水某卡拉OK酒後口角後耿耿於懷，2人竟在今年2月4日下午3時半，於淡水中山路某清茶館狹路相逢。郭男確認裴男身份後，雙方以台語互嗆：「你就是奇威？」、「我就是奇威，怎樣？」、「你給我出來！」郭男並持鐵椅砸向裴男。
 
不料就在裴男追出店外時，郭男竟隨手自一旁水果攤拿起一把剪刀，轉身就朝裴男猛刺兩刀，其中一刀刺穿裴男心臟，裴男送醫後宣告不治。士林地院認為，郭男僅因細故殺人，至今未與死者家屬和解，因此依殺人罪判刑15年。
