頂新以未第一時間提清單罰300萬

屏東縣食品衛生科長李佳芳今天說，頂新沒有在第一時間提供衛生局產品清單，被罰新台幣300萬元。

屏東縣衛生局食品衛生科長李佳芳表示，頂新屏東廠雖然在10月27日衛生局前往稽查時，主動告知有購買大統油，但當時無法提供大統油所製造產品下游清單。一直到11月2號，大統長基負責人高振利坦承賣給頂新的油有摻銅葉綠素及棉籽油，衛生局並在3號下最後通牒，頂新才提出清單。因此，衛生局以沒有在第一時間提供下游品項清單，依食品衛生管理法罰最高罰款300萬元。
