嬤忘結帳 桃檢採信不起訴

桃園縣74歲顧姓老婦，8月8日晚上在桃園縣某大賣場購物，要買的商品分裝2袋，卻只結帳第一袋價值79元的物品，第二袋有巧克力、鱈魚切片等共值822元的商品未結帳，遭店員報警，吃上竊盜官司。

桃檢偵查，顧姓老婦辯稱已在同一家賣場購物15年，幾乎每天消費，且未結帳的第二袋很大，不可能不被發現，她結帳時頭暈，才會忘記拿上結帳櫃檯，不是故意要偷東西。

老婦高齡74歲，醫院診斷證明確有陣發性頭暈症狀，又店員結帳時，確實注意到手推車有第二袋物品，檢方認為，老婦並無刻意隱瞞情事，年歲漸高，身體狀況不佳而忘記結帳，衡情並非不可能，今天不起訴處分。
