長期用美甲燈 皮膚癌風險增

（優活健康網記者陳承璋／綜合報導）喜歡做美甲的女性朋友可要當心了！因為根據美國的研究指出，長期使用美甲燈，恐怕會增壓罹患皮膚癌的風險。

做指甲　美甲燈或指甲油都對人體不好

進行這項研究的團隊，分析了兩名美國女性，這兩名女性都罹患了皮膚癌，但都沒有所為的皮膚癌家族史，進一步分析之後，發現他們都有定期做美甲的習慣，研究人員就指出，這可能是長期受到美甲燈曝曬的結果，因此提醒，愛做光療美甲的女性，最好能戴上防曬手套，最好只露出指甲的部分就好。

另外，指甲油裏頭，也有許多化學物質，隨時都可能造成皮膚發炎的症狀，而抹去指甲油的去光水，也含有大量的甲苯或是丙酮等，長期接觸對指甲、肌膚、甚至健康，恐怕都會造成危害。這項研究已經發表在《美國醫學會雜誌》（JAMA，Journal of the American Medical Association）。
