Samsung 的新款智慧型相機 NX300M 在南韓已經開賣了一段時間了，但直到現在我們才剛剛獲悉，這款產品使用的系統原來是 Tizen OS。在最近的一次開發者集會上 Samsung 證實了這一消息，並且表示 NX300M 所搭載的是專為相機開發的版本。在手機、平板之後 Tizen 又染指了相機領域，這讓 Samsung 在 Android 之外又多了一個可用性頗強的系統選擇。值得一提的是，Nokia 今天早些時候也表示在未來的 Tizen 裝置上會推出「地圖相關的功能」，這樣一來，Google Maps 的替代品也有囉。
