不曉得版主是自住還是投資??
我是布查花園的住戶,這一帶的機能算還可以,比不上交通方便,但至少該有的都有
學區、市場、小7等等

社區管理算還不錯,財政算透明,逢年過節都有禮品(但還不是住戶的錢)

至少算是有管理的社區
