走私90億海洛因案 3嫌羈押

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄18日電）翁永生等7名男子涉嫌闖關走私市價近新台幣90億元的海洛因磚案，雄檢漏夜偵訊後，今天聲押翁男等3人獲准。

高雄地檢署指揮刑事警察局偵辦這起20年來的大宗海洛因走私案，起獲海洛因磚共600塊、約229公斤，市價近90億元。

雄檢表示，曾在倉儲公司工作的翁男，平日經常向倉儲員朱建華等人施小惠加以收買，招待他們飲宴，或借錢不用還等，要求配合翁男先將正品送驗過關後，再從中動手腳協助翁男將夾藏毒品的貨物蒙混過關。

雄檢指揮刑事局等昨天分別在桃園機場倉儲及附近汽車賓館，逮捕翁男等7人，起獲600塊海洛因磚，隨後漏夜將7人押解回雄檢複訊後，檢方向法院聲押7人。

法院召開羈押庭，裁定主嫌翁永生等3人准押，其他4人都各以5萬元交保。1021118
