車禍一事, 想各自修各自的車. 對方卻不是這樣想, 要我全賠(有圖)

以下圖片s, 應該可以看出來是怎麼發生的. 我是機車騎士, 他突然 右灣 (只因為他家在旁邊), 當然,他說, 他有打方向燈, 事實上, 我並沒有看到. 被他的前保桿, 碰上. 人沒有受傷, 騎的慢.

筆錄中, 雙方 大至上都說交給保險公司, 等報價後, 討論看看要如何賠償. 我的 RCK 左側 基本上都要換, 店家 是說 1萬多. 當然, 他的前保桿 要換新的, 約 5000 有找.

我不是逆向行駛. 同車行進. 他突然向右靠過來. 我是在白線內 行進.

電話中, 也跟他說, 各自修各自的車,我也不想為了這樣的事, 打亂我的生活.

沒想到, 這幾天, 收到 "調解書". 我的問題是.

1: 這樣的事故, 到底是 要怎麼算, 誰錯的多?
2: 不去調解, 可以嗎? ( 不想跟這樣的人說太多, 打壞心情).
3: 真的要去法院, 我該準備甚麼.
