私宰2隻雞　女子遭罰6萬元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名56歲黃姓女雞販，去年初才因未依規定將雞隻送到指定屠宰場屠宰，被依違法《畜牧法》判罰2萬元罰金；不料日前黃女再次被「屠宰聯合查緝小組」查獲，在員山鄉住處私自宰殺2雞隻，且現場還有120隻待宰雞隻。

黃女雖辯稱，因為屠宰場「客滿」排不上，才會私宰，不是故意再犯，但仍被移送法辦；宜蘭地院今天將黃女依違犯《畜牧法》判處2月徒刑、得易科罰金6萬元。
