羅文源認祖歸宗案 發回更審

已故台塑集團創辦人王永慶四房子女羅文源三姊弟認祖歸宗案，最高法院今天下午將全案撤銷發回更審。

羅文源三姐弟在王永慶過世後，自稱是王永慶的親生骨肉，為了認祖歸宗，三姐弟提起民事「生父死後認領」訴訟。一、二審都判決羅文源三姐弟勝訴，全案上訴三審，最高法院日前還為此進行言詞辯論，今天仍將全案撤銷發回更審。
