哈嚕 大家好 在這邊想要徵求一起重訓的人 地點在中壢家樂福二樓的極限運動中心 時間另約，基本上是下班時間 希望重訓過程中能幫忙對方完成動作 或互相分享一下重訓心得 達到重訓最佳效果 本人目前是180 68的身材 偏瘦 應該跟我差不多的人會比較能夠相互幫忙 (你舉得太重我可能幫不了你) 有興趣的人請站內信給我 另外我這邊有一個想要轉讓的極限運動中心的會籍 時間還有20個月以上，有意願或疑問的人可以再站 內信詢問 謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.115.71.237
