包租婆與男友口角　酒駕撞車燒成焦屍

新北市淡水淡金公路3段，3日凌晨發生一起死亡車禍，女駕駛疑似酒駕，高速撞上分隔島，撞擊力道之大導致油箱破裂，才會引發火勢，且女駕駛也受困於駕駛座上，逃生不急，活活被燒死。

行經淡金公路的民眾發現意外，隨即向消防局報案，並表示沒有看到駕駛逃出，警消人員立即派人前往救援，迅速將火勢撲滅，發現女駕駛已陳屍在駕駛座內，被燒成一具焦屍。

警方調查後發現，女駕駛疑似與男友發生爭執，喝了點酒之後，想出門找朋友訴苦，跟家人報備完之後出門，但因車速過快，在淡金公路3段時，不小心撞上中間的分隔島，且撞擊力量非常大，導致油箱破裂，起火燃燒，而女駕駛也被卡在駕駛座，無法逃出，才活活被燒死。

據報導，這名女駕駛在淡水地區是大地主，家境非常優渥，她手上還有十幾間套房出租給別人，是名符其實的包租婆，但卻因一時逞快，葬送寶貴生命。
