of表示所有格關係
類似的說法：
She is the best of wives. =　她是妻子當中的佼佼者。
We are the best of friends. = 我們是至交。

主要動詞是tell，助動詞應加did來造問句。
was屬be助動詞，加上過去分詞，是用在被動態的，不適合本句的狀況。
