嬰兒與父母同床 增猝死風險

（法新社斯德哥爾摩4日電） 瑞典當局今天發布建議，提醒新生兒與父母同床，可能增加嬰兒猝死症（SIDS）的風險。嬰兒與父母同床在瑞典相當普遍。

瑞典國家健康福利委員會（National Board ofHealth and Welfare）的諾史傳德（KerstinNordstrand）告訴法新社：「3個月以下的嬰兒，應該自己睡小床，這很重要。」

諾史傳德說這是「新的」建議。她表示，過去瑞典國家健康福利委員會僅僅不建議吸菸父母和新生兒一起睡，或是父母服用藥物或酒精和小嬰兒同床。

瑞典醫學報紙「每日醫藥」（Dagens Medicin）引述哥特堡大學（Gothenburg University）小兒科教授溫納根（Goeran Wennergren）的說法，率先報導這項資訊。

溫納根向「每日醫藥」表示：「近年來研究愈來愈清楚顯示，嬰兒與父母同床，是嬰兒猝死症（SIDS）的風險因子。」

人類早期發展」（Early Human Development）期刊2001年的研究指出，瑞典3個月以下的嬰兒，和父母同床的比例是65%，西方國家中排名第一。

瑞典每年約有20名寶寶死於嬰兒猝死症。

英國醫學期刊（British Medical Journal）的1篇研究，分析近1500例嬰兒猝死症後發現，22%的猝死寶寶與父母同床。（譯者：中央社陳怡君）
