安理會授權非洲、法國 軍事干預中非

聯合國安理會今天在一致同意下，通過非洲和法國進行軍事干預，以終止中非共和國日增的致命動亂。

安理會授權派駐在中非共和國的法國和非洲部隊，動用武力以保護平民，並對中非共和國實施武器禁運，同時要求聯合國準備對中非共和國進行維和任務。

安理會15國在無異議情況下，通過此決議，要求聯合國秘書長潘基文立案調查中非共和國的人權侵害情況。中非共和國叛軍塞勒卡聯盟（Seleka）3月份舉事推翻總統博齊澤（Francois Bozize）以來，全國就此陷入穆斯林-基督徒傾軋混亂。

法國所提議案，要求聯合國授權派駐中非共和國的3600名非洲國家部隊和1200名法國部隊，採取軍事行動以維持秩序。
