遭塞毛巾老翁死亡相驗　確認外力造成窒息

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】高醫罹癌老翁塞毛巾死亡案，檢警今天下午解剖覆驗，確認為外力造成窒息死亡，不過老翁咽喉未發現毛巾塞痕及纖維，檢察官不確定死因與毛巾是否有直接關聯，將待法醫解剖報告與護理記錄分析後才能釐清。
 
這起意外發生在12月1日凌晨，李姓老翁(81歲)因罹患鼻咽癌，住進高雄醫學大學附設醫院，負責看護的大陸籍女子黃堅（51歲）老翁因經常發出聲音，竟用毛巾塞嘴，造成李翁死亡。死者兒子表示，會等到最後結果出爐，再考慮求償問題。
