殺人犯告妨害名譽　逾追訴期不起訴

【張沛森／桃園報導】男子李凱裕（46歲，殺人罪判無期徒刑在服刑中）在2008年7月間酒後與大他8歲的沈姓女友吵架，竟抓她撞牆、殺害分屍五塊棄置桃園縣南崁溪；未料他不爽沈女的妹妹們當年接受媒體採訪時，指他「曾經結婚，且育有子女3人，整日只知酗酒」等，李男不滿而提出妨害名譽告訴。

桃園地檢署偵辦後，查出他並未結婚，也沒有子女，惟因妨害名譽係告訴乃論，需在知悉後6個月內提告，李稱是在2008年時從報紙上看到上述報導，到了今年5月才提告，已逾6個月追訴期，今予以不起訴處分。
