民代按鈴控告　籲羈押日月光董座張虔生

【涂建豐／高雄報導】議員蕭永達與鄭新助今早到高雄地檢署按鈴控告日月光董事長張虔生，涉嫌觸犯刑法第190條之1流放毒物罪，嫌疑重大，且張轉籍新加坡，經常旅居國外，顯有逃亡之虞，並為避免利用公司負責人身份地位湮滅、偽造、變造證據，或勾串共犯或證人，依據刑事訟送法第101條第1項規定，雄檢有必要儘速約談張虔生，並加以羈押。
 
蕭永達、鄭新助與十多位眾人還在地檢署前高喊「地檢署硬起來、收押張虔生」。蕭強調，依據水汙染防制法推定，最多只能罰日月光60萬元，日月光一年營業額二千億，根本不會怕罰錢，「有錢不怕罰、只怕關起來」地檢署收押張虔生是最好的方法。
