彭文正不續聘搞陰謀　法務部「與事實不符」

【胡守得／台北報導】法務部表示，第2屆檢察官評鑑委員會委員相關票選、推舉作業，早於今年9月發函各相關機關、團體辦理，並於本月初核定名單；其中彭文正代表的「學者及社會公正人士」4人，是由司法院、律師公會全國聯合會自行推舉，第2屆推舉名單中並無彭文正，律師公會全國聯合會辦理的律師代表票選前3 名，也無現任委員高涌誠，因此檢評會委員組成絕非法務部所能操控，第1屆委員續聘與否也與評鑑事件所作成的任何決議無關。
 
法務部強調，依《法官法》規定，檢評會委員任期2年，得連任1次；產生方式分別是全體法官票選代表1人，一、二、三審檢察官各票選1人，律師公會全國聯合會辦理全國性律師票選3人，學者及社會公正人士4人部分，則由司法院、律師公會全國聯合會各推舉法官、律師以外之人4人，送法務部長遴聘4人。
 
法務部指出，《自由時報》今天刊載「法務部秋後算帳？檢評會委員彭文正不續聘」、「法務部有可能操控檢評委員的組成」等報導與事實不符。
