男子未戴安全帽　警好心規勸發現酒駕

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆中山派出所警員於前天下午5時許，巡邏行經樂一路時，正好看到男子騎車未戴安全帽，為了安全著想警員原本只想上前勸導，結果這名66 歲的陳姓男子還反問警方「我有什麼違規的地方嗎?」警方這時則請陳男自行摸一下自已的頭頂時，陳男才知道原來是自已騎車未戴安全帽，所以才被警方所攔查， 陳男趕緊向警方道歉，這時警方聞到男子口中散出濃厚的酒味。

 陳男向警方表示，自已是剛剛在家中喝了一點高粱藥酒，正好家中現在沒有香菸可以抽， 所以才會想要騎機車到附近的商店買包香菸，但沒有想到因自已一時疏忽、未戴安全帽，被警方查到自已有酒駕的情形，陳男直呼有夠倒楣，只好乖乖接受警方的酒 測，陳男的酒測值高達0.6毫克，警方依公共危險罪將陳男移送基隆地檢署。
