Lightroom 檔案全失

記得兩天前 還有開過一次Lightroom 並放在裡面編修的兩百多張照片 安然無恙

但就在剛剛開啟時: 甚麼情形..... 我的那些修完 都還沒儲存的照片 通通都消失了
剩下的只剩下六張一年前 放進去的照片....

當下想起 每次關閉時都有備份 並去開backup檔案

但是開了之後 還是只有那六張檔案 這一年下來的兩百多張修過的檔案 都飛了...
請問有任何方法找回來嗎?
