水箱精換了之後出現的不明物質

請問版上大大
小弟上週日換完水箱精後
至今天為止,水箱出現如照片的物質
這是怎麼了!有大大可以解疑問嗎?

我換的是"Prestone 長效冷卻液 水箱精 (3.78L) 非濃縮型 直接加入水箱 33%"
因為是老車,之前家父沒有甚麼照顧,水箱應該很久沒有換過或加水箱精(洩出的水是淡褐色,但沒看到鏽水)
