加工區管理處：日月光沒暗管 沒偷排

日月光高雄K7廠排放廢水已經由高雄市環保局裁定部份製程停工。加工區管理處也邀集專家學者組成專案小組，對日月光K5、K7及K11三個廠進行訪視。加工區管理處說明，專家學者的訪視結論認為「沒有具體證據顯示有暗管偷排之情形」。

加工區管理處說明，污染事件發生後，外界質疑日月光有暗管偷排。這次專家學者訪視結果認為，日月光是依照法定程序申請下水道機構核准，「沒有具體證據顯示有暗管偷排之情形」，加工處說這項結論跟高市環保局在12月20日函送日月光的裁處書，見解並未相左。專家學者的判斷可以釐清暗管事件的疑慮。

加工區管理處邀請的專家，訪視後認為這次事件屬於日月光應變能力的問題。加工處所邀請的專家委員，包括國立高雄第一科大環安系、崑山科大環工系、中山大學環工所及台北科大學環管所等環保領域系所教授。
