翁受托顧鄰居孫女　遭控猥褻獲不起訴

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹縣1名69歲邱姓男子，2009年受鄰居之托，幫忙照顧小一女童，結果卻遭女童家人指控在客廳內猥褻女童。邱男堅稱沒有乘機猥褻女童，只有女童大便在褲子上時，有幫她清洗乾淨，沒有猥褻她。
 
檢方發現，被害女童前後指述不一，且女童也指控邱男猥褻一歲多的弟弟，經傳喚弟弟到場證稱他沒印象，也不記得曾被加害人照顧過，加上被害家人及女童均不願再追究，又沒有其他證據佐證，因此予以不起訴。
