【短片】清檜木未通知　居民：感覺不受尊重

【王文傑／花蓮報導】林務局花蓮區林管處人員昨天清運慕谷慕魚山區的傾倒紅檜、扁柏，滿載2卡車準備運下山，沒想到引起當地銅門部落的村民不滿，認為林務局沒有事先知會，就要將這些總價上千萬的檜木、扁柏直接運走拍賣，讓他們感覺不受尊重，昨天下午就率眾包圍當地派出所，今天上午又找來50多名村民，企圖阻擋卡車而與警方發生推擠。

當地的銅門部落主席表示，根據原住民基本法應該要尊重當地部落傳統，讓林木躺在原處，但是林務局出示公文，依法清運傾倒的林木，維持山區道路暢通，並且預防土石流災害，林務局還說，當地屬於國有林地，並且依法清運國家財產，以前沒事先通知當地人，也不認為需要事先知會。
