妻遭性侵500元和解　縱容同事狼再犯

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】新北市1名江姓男子以手指性侵同事的妻子，同事因念舊情以500元和解，未料江男1個月後再性侵未遂，法院審理時，雙方再以3萬500元和解。新北地院昨依強制性交罪判江男4年徒刑。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，判決書指出，江男與被害女的丈夫情同兄弟，去年9月28日晚間同事聚會後，江男趁被害女不勝酒力休息時，偷跑進房內以手指性侵得逞。事後，被害女向丈夫哭訴，因顧及兄弟情誼，僅要求賠償500元。同年10月26日晚間，江男又藉故借宿一晚，趁深夜潛入房欲性侵，但因無法勃起逃跑。
