​手術誤傷食道　台安及醫師連帶賠1328萬

【劉昌松／台北報導】台北傅姓女子6年前到台安醫院開刀切除甲狀腺腫瘤，卻因手術不慎被割破食道及聲帶，後因傅女進食，食道、胸腔化膿發炎，導致食道、聲帶及全喉全遭切除。高院今判台安醫院和醫師須連帶賠償傅女778萬元。仍可上訴。

醫師辯稱，傅女的腫瘤是多發性，開刀時會出血影響手術視野，難以避免誤傷，手術過程符合醫療常規。但法院依醫審會鑑定認為醫師顯有疏失，且病患術後表示吞嚥困難，醫院未採必要措施也未盡注意義務，認定醫院和醫師須連帶賠償1328萬元，扣除醫師已付和解金550萬元，還要賠778萬元。
