蘇貞昌：台是主權獨立國家

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄29日電）民主進步黨主席蘇貞昌今天說，台灣已是主權獨立的國家，沒有凍結不凍結台獨黨綱的問題，現在最重要的是建設國家。

蘇貞昌上午出席民進黨2014婦女幹部培訓營高雄場，針對民進黨立院團總召集人柯建銘的「凍結台獨黨綱」提議，受訪時做上述表示。

蘇貞昌表示，民進黨早在戒嚴時代就提出台獨黨綱，主張主權在民，堅持台灣是主權獨立的國家，經過這麼多年來的努力，歷經修憲、總統直選、國會全面改選及凍省，「現在沒有凍結不凍結的問題」，最重要的就是建設國家。

歲末年終，蘇貞昌許下三願，希望過去一年所有的不好都能隨2013年過去，他指出，一願經濟發展、物價平穩；二願核四停建、環境更好；三願兩岸服貿協議重啟談判，能更平和、透明、平等、互惠。1021229
